The smallest roadworthy car measures 63.5 cm (25 in) high, 65.41 cm (2 ft 1.75 in) wide and 126.47 cm (4 ft 1.75 in). It was created by Austin Coulson (USA) and measured in Carrollton, Texas, USA, on 7 September 2012. The vehicle is licenced to be driven on public roads with a speed limit of 40 km/h (25 mph). The paint work is themed after the P51 Mustang military aircraft and the sides are inscribed with the tail numbers of a ship that the record holder's grandfather served on during WWII. It is often driven during local veterans' military parades.
