The most family members to summit Mount Aconcagua is 4, achieved by members of the Buchbinder family (Argentina), who summited together on 14 February 2018.
Pablo Buchbinder was 56 years old when he made the climb with his three children: Juan (age 30), Jessica (age 26), and Nicolás (age 22).
The family had previously attempted to climb Mount Aconcagua in 2016 but they were not able to reach the summit.
Mount Aconcagua is the tallest mountain in the Western Hemisphere with an altitude of 6,960.8 metres.
