The longest gall bladder measured 30 cm (11.8 in) in length. It was removed from Suman Rao (India) in Jaipur, India, on 10 August 2016.
The operation was completed by Dr Jeevan Kankaria in Sawai Mansingh hospital, which was also the hospital in which the previous record holder was operated on in 2012.
