The fastest time to complete Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean (Namco, 2003) fully (including getting every item and completing every quest) is 341 hours 20 minutes 3 seconds by "Baffan". Whilst that seems quite a long time, this is due to the need for some items to 'upgrade' via real time progressing. The item "Shampoo" unfortunately takes around 336 hours to upgrade to "Splendid Hair" - a fact that was temporarily lost on Twitch moderators when they blocked "Baffan"s stream of his record attempt due to idling!
