The largest flower petal carpet is 5,360 m² (57,694.33 ft²), and was achieved by the Ministry of Tolerance and Globerz Entertainments (both UAE), in Dubai, UAE on 22 November 2019.
42,000 kg (92594.15 lb) of imported flowers in seven colours were used to make the flower petal carpet. From young children to grandparents, in small groups assembled and placed the flower petals on to small designs drawn on the ground to form the carpet.
